It's the end of the week, your time to relax and let go. Join our online community for this hour which includes two relaxing meditations, helping you let go of the week and move into the weekend with a peaceful intention. Breathe, let go.

INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION
4 week course in the studio
Sundays 8, 15, 22 & 29 November
7 - 8.30pm | £45 for the course
Starting with the basics, including mindful breathing and posture, you'll build your knowledge each week, leaving with a meditation tool kit for life. Each session varies but expect guided visualisations, body scans, gratitude practice & mindful meditations.
There is also some theory as we discuss what meditation is (and isn't), the benefits of meditation, a little on the effect of meditation on our brain & bodies and a few meditation FAQ's. The 90 minutes sessions give time for your questions or thoughts too.
Suitable for complete beginners or
those with a little meditation experience.
Max 7 clients in the studio. 3 spaces remain
ONE TO ONE

I tailor theses sessions to where you currently are in your life and mind. You may have already experienced meditation, or it may be new to you. We'll start with a short consultation so I can create a private meditation space to help you become calmer, more focused and to reconnect with yourself.
Also popular for sleeplessness or healing.
Prices also available for couples or friends.

SAFETY IN THE STUDIO
It's been a long time coming. Let's all do our best to keep the community running safely.
A new studio ventilation system has been installed. Mats & the surrounding floor will be fogged with Edge Protect after use. Meditation cushion covers will be machine washed between uses. Max 7 clients plus me in the studio, spaced 1-2m apart. Only 3 people in the foyer at once. Masks required on entry/exit but not during meditation. If you or anyone in your household has Covid-19 symptoms you must not come to the studio. All sessions must be pre-booked. I will hold your name and contact details and may provide them for the Test & Trace system, unless you opt-out. Please contact me with any questions.
